Children’s Education Funds Inc. “A Chance to Win A Disney Vacation for a Family of Four” Contest (the “Contest”)
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. THIS CONTEST IS OPEN TO ALL RESIDENTS OF CANADA AND IS GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF CANADA. BY ENTERING, ENTRANT AGREES TO BE BOUND BY THESE CONTEST RULES AND THE DECISIONS OF THE SPONSOR WHICH SHALL BE FINAL IN ALL RESPECTS.
1. ELIGIBILITY
To enter the Children’s Education Funds Inc. “A Chance to Win A Disney Vacation for a Family of Four” Contest (the "Contest") an individual (herein defined as an “Entrant”) must, at the time of entry into the Contest: a) be a legal resident of Canada, in any province or territory; (b) be located in a Canadian province or territory; and (c) have reached the age of majority in his/her province or territory of residence. Employees, representatives, agents, officers, and directors (including members of their immediate families and any other person living in the same household of such person whether related or not) of Children’s Education Funds Inc., (the "Sponsor"), its affiliates (including, without limitation, its related companies), any independent contest judging organization, advertising or promotional agencies and suppliers of materials or services related to the Contest are not eligible to enter the Contest or to receive a Prize. For these Official Rules, "immediate family" means mother, father, sister, brother, son, daughter and spouse, including common law spouse, regardless of where they reside.
The decisions of Sponsor are final and binding in all matters related to this Contest and the awarding of the Prize. Groups, clubs, organizations, businesses and commercial and non-commercial entities cannot participate. The Sponsor shall have the right at any time to require proof of identity and/or eligibility to participate in the Contest. Failure to provide such proof may result in disqualification. All personal and other information requested by and supplied to the Sponsor for the purpose of the Contest must be truthful, complete, accurate and in no way misleading. The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion to disqualify any Entrant, should such an Entrant at any stage supply untruthful, incomplete, inaccurate or misleading personal details and/or information.
2. CONTEST DRAWS
The Contest will run in Canada from January 2, 2019 until December 27, 2019 at 1:00 pm (Eastern Time). The Draw will occur on December 27, 2019, at 4:00 pm (Eastern Time) at the Contest Organizer’s Head Office in Burlington Ontario. All entries must have been received by the Contest Organizer not later than December 27, 2019 at 1:00 pm (Eastern Time).
3. HOW TO ENTER THE CONTEST
Participants may enter the Contest only by completing an online ballot form.
4. ENTRY LIMITATIONS
Each entry must be submitted separately by the Entrant him or herself. Limit one (1) entry per household. A person may only use one name, postal address and/or email address to participate in the Contest. Any person who is found to have entered the Contest more than once may be disqualified, and all entries received from such person during the Contest Period may be disqualified and no prize will be awarded to such person or household. The Sponsor will not be responsible for late, lost, illegible, falsified, damaged, misdirected, mutilated or incomplete entries, which will be void. All entries become the property of the Sponsor upon receipt and none will be returned.
5. PRIZE
The following (1) one prize will be awarded:
One (1) trip to either the Walt Disney World Resort in Florida or the Disneyland Resort in California (depending on the province of residence of the contest winner and to be determined at the sole discretion of the Contest Organizer) for a family of four (2 adults and 2 children) valued at $5,000 CDN. Certain conditions apply.
If the winner lives in the province of Ontario or east of it, the trip will be to the Walt Disney World Resort in Florida. If the winner lives in the province of Manitoba or west of it, the trip will be to the Disneyland Resort in California.
Reservations are necessary and the departure is subject to availability. Staff of the Contest Organizer will make all travel reservations. The prize is valid for travel during the year of 2020 only and cannot be redeemed for cash. There may be restrictions on travel dates and the trip must be completed before December 31, 2020.
Prize must be accepted as awarded without substitution and are not transferable or for resale and have no cash surrender value. The Sponsor reserves the right, to substitute a Prize or component of equal or greater monetary value without liability and for any reason. The Sponsor will contact the winner within ten (10) days of the contest draw date to begin making the necessary arrangements to deliver his/her Prize(as defined in Rule 7 below).

6. DRAW
The draw will take place at the Contest Organizer’s Head Office located at 3221 North Service Road, Burlington, Ontario, L7N 3G2. The Contest Organizer will select one (1) entry at random from all entries received in compliance with these rules throughout the contest period in order to award the specified prize.
Odds of being selected to win a Prize will depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
7. PRIZE CLAIM CONDITIONS
Each selected Entrant will be contacted by telephone and/or email at the telephone number and/or email address provided on his/her entry form on or before January 12, 2020. To be eligible to win a prize, the selected Entrants must first correctly answer, without assistance of any kind, whether mechanical or otherwise, a mathematical skill-testing question. The Sponsor will not be responsible for the failure for any reason whatsoever of a selected Entrant to receive notification or for the Sponsor to receive the selected Entrant’s response. Prior to being declared a winner each selected Entrant, must complete and return the Sponsor’s prize acceptance documents and Release of Liability and Publicity Release Form (the “Form”) as defined below releasing the Sponsor, their related companies, advertising and promotional agencies, any participating retailers, and all of their respective directors, officers, owners, partners, shareholders, employees, agents, representatives, successors and assigns (the “Releasees”) from any liability in connection with this Contest or the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any prize. The potential winner must return this form to the Sponsor at 3221 North Service Road, Burlington, Ontario, by mail, email or by fax within 14 business days following the date that the selected Entrant was first contacted by the Sponsor. In the event that a selected Entrant cannot be contacted by email or telephone, if there is a return of any email notification as undeliverable, the telephone number is not correct, failure to provide proof of eligibility (if requested), release documents, or other required documentation in a timely manner, failure to correctly answer the skill-testing question, or other non-compliance with these Official Rules then the selected Entrant will be disqualified all without any liability to the Sponsor whatsoever (and the disqualified selected Entrant will have no claim against the Sponsor with respect to the Contest, or anything related to the Contest) and another Entrant will be randomly selected from the remaining eligible entries (and subject to disqualification in the same manner) and the process above will be repeated until such time as contact is made.
8. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY AND RELEASES
BY PARTICIPATING IN THIS CONTEST, ENTRANTS AGREE THAT RELEASEES HAVE NO LIABILITY WHATSOEVER FOR, AND SHALL BE HELD HARMLESS BY ENTRANTS AGAINST, ANY LIABILITY FOR ANY INJURIES, LOSSES OR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND (INCLUDING DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES) TO PERSONS OR PROPERTY RESULTING FROM A PRIZE, INCLUDING THE ACCEPTANCE, POSSESSION, MISUSE OR USE OF THE PRIZE. FURTHER BY PARTICIPATING IN THIS CONTEST, ENTRANTS AGREE THAT RELEASEES HAVE NO LIABILITY WHATSOEVER FOR, AND SHALL BE HELD HARMLESS BY ENTRANTS AGAINST, ANY LIABILITY FOR ANY INJURIES, LOSSES OR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND (INCLUDING DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES) TO PERSONS OR PROPERTY RESULTING FROM: A) ENTRY OR PARTICIPATION IN THIS CONTEST, INCLUDING ACCESS TO AND USE OF THE CONTEST WEBSITE, OR B) ANY CLAIMS BASED ON PERSONALITY OR PRIVACY RIGHTS, DEFAMATION OR MERCHANDISE DELIVERY. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, therefore such exclusions may not apply to you.

Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the Releasees do not assume any responsibility and are not responsible for (i) the incorrect or inaccurate capture of entry information and entries that fail to comply with these Official Rules; (ii) any loss, damage, or claims caused by an awarded Prize or the Contest itself; (iii) any failure of the website during the Contest Period, including any problems, human or technical, printing errors, lost, delayed, garbled data or transmissions, omissions, interruptions, deletions, defects or failures of any telephone or computer lines, or technical malfunction of any computer on-line systems, servers, access providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any e-mail or entry to be received on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website, or any combination thereof including any injury or damage to an Entrant’s or any other person's computer related to or resulting from downloading any material connected to the Contest, all of which may affect a person’s ability to participate in the Contest. Entry material/data that has been tampered with or altered is void.
9. GENERAL CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
By entering the Contest, Entrants (i) acknowledge compliance with these Official Rules including all eligibility requirements, and (ii) agree to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of the Sponsor, made in their sole discretion, which shall be final and binding in all matters relating to this Contest. Entrants who have not complied with these Official Rules are subject to disqualification. Contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial and municipal laws. Void where prohibited. Sponsor reserves the right to correct any typographical, printing, computer programming or operator errors. Sponsor's failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Official Rules shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. If any provision of the Official Rules is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable, then the Official Rules shall be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or unenforceable provision was not contained therein. Should a winner make any false statement(s) in any document referenced above, the winner will be required to promptly return to Sponsor his/her prize, or the cash value thereof. Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process, the operation of the Contest and/or Contest Website, violates the Official Contest Rules, or acts with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. WARNING: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE ASSOCIATED WITH THIS CONTEST OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE CONTEST IS A VIOLATION OF LAW, AND SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO PROSECUTE AND SEEK DAMAGES TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
12. RULES GOVERN
In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between the terms and conditions of these Official Rules and disclosures, the Short Rules or other statements contained in any Contest-related materials, including, but not limited to: the Contest entry form, and/or point of sale, television, print or online advertising; the terms and conditions of these Official Rules shall prevail, govern and control.
14. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All intellectual property, including but not limited to trade-marks, trade names, designs, promotional materials, web pages, source code, drawings, illustrations, logos, slogans and representations are owned by either Sponsor and/or their respective affiliates or authorized licensors. All rights are reserved. Unauthorized copying or use of any copyrighted materials or intellectual property without the express written consent of its owner is strictly prohibited.
15. CONSENT TO USE PERSONAL INFORMATION
Sponsor and its authorized agents will collect, use and disclose the personal information you provide when you enter the Contest for the purposes of administering the Contest and Prize fulfillment. By entering this Contest, you consent to being contacted by Sponsor and its authorized agents about this Contest and your entry. You will also be offered the opportunity to receive additional communications from Sponsor about its products, upcoming contests and promotions, or career opportunities. By accepting a Prize, winner agrees to Sponsor's use of his/her name, city/province of residence, picture, biographical information, statements, voice and likeness in any advertising and publicity Sponsor may conduct relating to the Contest in any media or format, whether now known or hereafter developed, including but not limited to the World Wide Web, at any time or times in perpetuity, without further compensation or notice.

A CHANCE TO WIN 10,000 AIR MILES® Reward Miles Contest ("Contest")

Official Contest Rules

Open only to Canadian residents AIR MILES® Collectors who have reached the age of majority in their province or territory.

1. Contest Sponsor: Children’s Education Funds Inc. (the "Contest Sponsor"), Head Office at 3221 North Service Road, Burlington, Ontario, L7N 3G2.

2. Eligibility: Subject to section 4 below, this Contest is open only to Canadian resident AIR MILES® Collectors who have reached the age of majority in their province or territory of residence. This Contest is not open to employees, dealing representatives, branch managers and agents of the Contest Sponsor, its affiliates and their immediate family members or persons who reside in the same household. If you are not already an AIR MILES® Collector, you may become one by enrolling online at www.airmiles.ca.

3. Agreement to Official Contest Rules: By participating in the Contest, you fully and unconditionally agree to and accept the Official Contest Rules and the decisions of the Contest Sponsor are final and binding in all matters related to the Contest.

In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between the terms and conditions of these Short Rules and the Official Contest Rules and disclosures, marketing efforts or other statements contained in any Contest-related materials, including, but not limited to: the Contest entry form, and/or point of sale, television, print or online advertising; the terms and conditions of these Official Contest Rules shall prevail, govern and control.

4. Contest Period: For all of Canada excluding Québec, the Contest begins at 12:00 Noon on January 2, 2019 and ends at 12:00 Noon on December 27, 2019 (the "Contest Period"). In the Province of Québec, the contest period begins at 12 Noon on January 2, 2019. See below for submission and other dates for entries. All times refer to Eastern Standard Time ("EST") throughout the Contest.

5. Participants may enter the Contest only by completing the online ballot form. No purchase is necessary to enter the Contest.

6. The Prize:
One (1) Prize of ten thousand (10,000) AIR MILES® reward miles is available to be won.

7. Chances of Winning:
Chance of winning will depend on the number of entries received.
Prizes are not transferable or convertible to cash and must be accepted as awarded and are subject to the terms and conditions of the AIR MILES® Reward Program as amended from time to time.
The approximate retail value of the AIR MILES® reward miles prize is $3,000.00 CAD but the approximate ultimate retail value of AIR MILES® reward miles prize depends on the chosen method of redemption and available reward options at the time of redemption.

8. Awarding of the Prize:
The draw will take place on December 27, 2019 at the Contest Sponsor’s head office in Burlington, Ontario at 4:00pm.
The entrant whose ballot is drawn as the selected entrant will be contacted by telephone at the number(s) or email address provided on their ballot. If a selected entrant cannot be contacted or has not responded within five (5) days, is not eligible in accordance with these Official Contest Rules, does not correctly answer the mathematical skill-testing question or otherwise comply with these Official Contest Rules, then the selected entrant is disqualified and will not receive the prize and another entrant will be selected. To be confirmed and declared a winner of the Prize, selected entrant must first correctly answer, unaided, a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question and must, if requested to do so, sign and return within the requested time period a Prize Acknowledgement Form, which includes a standard declaration of compliance with the Contest Rules and a release form releasing and discharging the Contest Sponsor from all claims arising from participation in this Contest and which includes a publicity and copyright release and waiver of moral rights. Once this is completed, the Prize will be directly credited to the confirmed winner's AIR MILES® Collector Account by the Contest Sponsor within 20 business days.
If the signed Prize Acknowledgement Form is not returned within the requested time period, the selected entrant will be disqualified and will not receive the prize.

9. Ballots, that have been tampered with, altered or that are incomplete are void. All entries become the property of the Contest Sponsor and will not be returned.
By entering the Contest, each entrant agrees and acknowledges that Contest Sponsor and its sales and advertising and promotion or other representatives or agencies, and each of their respective employees, officers, shareholders, representatives, directors and agents (collectively "Releasees") are not responsible for and shall not be liable for: (1) late, lost, stolen, delayed, misdirected, mutilated, incomplete, unreadable, inaccurate, postage due, garbled or unintelligible ballots; (2) any notification or document that is lost or not received by an entrant to win a prize; (3) any injury including death or other damage to person or property of any kind or any other liability, which may be caused, directly or indirectly, by the Contest or the Contest prize; or (4) incorrect or inaccurate capture of entry information;
10. For Quebec residents: Any litigation respecting the conduct and awarding of the Prize in this Contest may be submitted to the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux for a ruling. Any litigation respecting the awarding of the Prize may be submitted to the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux only for the purpose of helping the parties reach a settlement.

11. The Contest Sponsor and its authorized agents will collect, use and disclose the personal information you provide when you enter the Contest for the purposes of administering the Contest and Prize fulfillment. By entering this Contest, you consent to being contacted by Contest Sponsor and its authorized agents about this Contest and your entry. 12. The Contest Sponsor reserves the right, subject to the approval of the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux (the “Régie”) with respect to residents of Quebec, to terminate, suspend or modify this Contest or to amend these Official Rules, in whole or in part, at any time and in any way, without prior notice, for any reason whatsoever, without obligation, if in Contest Sponsor's sole opinion, any factor interferes with its proper conduct as contemplated by these Official Rules. Without limiting the foregoing, if for any reason the Contest is not capable of running as originally planned, for any reason, including but not limited to, as a result of tampering or infection by computer virus, unauthorized intervention, fraud, programming errors, or technical failures, which, in the sole opinion of Contest Sponsor, corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Contest, the Contest Sponsor reserves the right, with the consent of the Régie, to modify, suspect or terminate the Contest, or any portion thereof, and/or conduct a random draw from all eligible entries received, in accordance with the winner selection criteria discussed above.

Note: An Entrant may designate an unborn child, however the child must be born by December 31, 2019 to claim the prize.

Within the Contest Period there will be a total of four (4) quarterly Contest Draw Periods (each a “Quarterly Contest Draw Period”).

The number of Prizes available will diminish as prizes are awarded. Limit of one (1) Prize per person and per household during the Contest Period. Each Prize consists of $500 CDN awarded to the winner for the benefit of the designated beneficiary. The Sponsor will deposit $500 CDN into the winner’s Children’s Education Trust Self-Initiated Option Plan RESP account for the benefit of the designated child. The winner will be required to work with the Sponsor’s dealing representative to set up an account in his/her name with a designated beneficiary, if such an account already does not exist. The winner will not be required to add or deposit any further monies or funds into the account if they should choose to not do so. Winner must accept the terms and conditions of the applicable Plan as set out in the current Prospectus and Scholarship Agreement. A copy of the Prospectus may be obtained from Sponsor by sending a written request to Children’s Education Funds Inc., 3221 North Service Road, Burlington, Ontario L7N 3G2 or by calling 1-800-246-1203.

Prizes must be accepted as awarded without substitution and are not transferable or for resale and have no cash surrender value. The Sponsor reserves the right, to substitute a Prize or component of equal or greater monetary value without liability and for any reason. Two (2) entries will be randomly selected on each of the above draw dates from among all entries received during the respective Quarterly Contest Draw Period.

If for any reason whatsoever, no eligible entries are received for a Quarterly Contest Draw Period the Prize or Prizes designated for that Quarterly Contest Draw Period will carry forward to the next Quarterly Contest Draw Period.
Odds of being selected to win a Prize will depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
7. PRIZE CLAIM CONDITIONS
Each selected Entrant will be contacted by telephone and/or email at the telephone number and/or email address provided on his/her entry form within ten (10) business days of the relevant Quarterly Contest Draw date. Please check your email and spam filters. To be eligible to win a prize, the selected Entrants must first correctly answer, without assistance of any kind, whether mechanical or otherwise, a mathematical skill-testing question. The Sponsor will not be responsible for the failure for any reason whatsoever of a selected Entrant to receive notification or for the Sponsor to receive the selected Entrant’s response. Prior to being declared a winner each selected Entrant, and if a selected Entrant’s designated beneficiary is not his/her child, designated beneficiary’s parent or legal guardian, must complete and return the Sponsor’s prize acceptance documents and Release of Liability and Publicity Release Form (the “Form”) as defined below releasing the Sponsor, their related companies, advertising and promotional agencies, any participating retailers, and all of their respective directors, officers, owners, partners, shareholders, employees, agents, representatives, successors and assigns (the “Releasees”) from any liability in connection with this Contest or the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any prize. The potential winner must return this form to the Sponsor at 3221 North Service Road, Burlington, Ontario, by mail, email or by fax within 14 business days following the date that the selected Entrant was first contacted by the Sponsor. In the event that a selected Entrant cannot be contacted by email or telephone, if there is a return of any email notification as undeliverable, the telephone number is not correct, failure to provide proof of eligibility (if requested), release documents, or other required documentation in a timely manner, failure to correctly answer the skill-testing question, or other non-compliance with these Official Rules then the selected Entrant will be disqualified all without any liability to the Sponsor whatsoever (and the disqualified selected Entrant will have no claim against the Sponsor with respect to the Contest, or anything related to the Contest) and another Entrant will be randomly selected from the remaining eligible entries (and subject to disqualification in the same manner) and the process above will be repeated until such time as contact is made.
8. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY AND RELEASES
BY PARTICIPATING IN THIS CONTEST, ENTRANTS AGREE THAT RELEASEES HAVE NO LIABILITY WHATSOEVER FOR, AND SHALL BE HELD HARMLESS BY ENTRANTS AGAINST, ANY LIABILITY FOR ANY INJURIES, LOSSES OR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND (INCLUDING DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES) TO PERSONS OR PROPERTY RESULTING FROM A PRIZE, INCLUDING THE ACCEPTANCE, POSSESSION, MISUSE OR USE OF THE PRIZE. FURTHER BY PARTICIPATING IN THIS CONTEST, ENTRANTS AGREE THAT RELEASEES HAVE NO LIABILITY WHATSOEVER FOR, AND SHALL BE HELD HARMLESS BY ENTRANTS AGAINST, ANY LIABILITY FOR ANY INJURIES, LOSSES OR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND (INCLUDING DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES) TO PERSONS OR PROPERTY RESULTING FROM: A) ENTRY OR PARTICIPATION IN THIS CONTEST, INCLUDING ACCESS TO AND USE OF THE CONTEST WEBSITE, OR B) ANY CLAIMS BASED ON PERSONALITY OR PRIVACY RIGHTS, DEFAMATION OR MERCHANDISE DELIVERY. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the Releasees do not assume any responsibility and are not responsible for (i) the incorrect or inaccurate capture of entry information and entries that fail to comply with these Official Rules; (ii) any loss, damage, or claims caused by an awarded Prize or the Contest itself; (iii) any failure of the website during the Contest Period, including any problems, human or technical, printing errors, lost, delayed, garbled data or transmissions, omissions, interruptions, deletions, defects or failures of any telephone or computer lines, or technical malfunction of any computer on-line systems, servers, access providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any e-mail or entry to be received on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website, or any combination thereof including any injury or damage to an Entrant’s or any other person's computer related to or resulting from downloading any material connected to the Contest, all of which may affect a person’s ability to participate in the Contest. Entry material/data that has been tampered with or altered is void.
9. GENERAL CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
By entering the Contest, Entrants (i) acknowledge compliance with these Official Rules including all eligibility requirements, and (ii) agree to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of the Sponsor, made in their sole discretion, which shall be final and binding in all matters relating to this Contest. Entrants who have not complied with these Official Rules are subject to disqualification. Contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial and municipal laws. Void where prohibited. Sponsor reserves the right to correct any typographical, printing, computer programming or operator errors. Sponsor's failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Official Rules shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. If any provision of the Official Rules is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable, then the Official Rules shall be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or unenforceable provision was not contained therein. Should a winner make any false statement(s) in any document referenced above, the winner will be required to promptly return to Sponsor his/her prize, or the cash value thereof. Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process, the operation of the Contest and/or Contest Website, violates the Official Contest Rules, or acts with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. WARNING: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE ASSOCIATED WITH THIS CONTEST OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE CONTEST IS A VIOLATION OF LAW, AND SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO PROSECUTE AND SEEK DAMAGES TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
12. RULES GOVERN
In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between the terms and conditions of these Official Rules and disclosures, the Short Rules or other statements contained in any Contest-related materials, including, but not limited to: the Contest entry form, and/or point of sale, television, print or online advertising; the terms and conditions of these Official Rules shall prevail, govern and control.
14. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All intellectual property, including but not limited to trade-marks, trade names, designs, promotional materials, web pages, source code, drawings, illustrations, logos, slogans and representations are owned by either Sponsor and/or their respective affiliates or authorized licensors. All rights are reserved. Unauthorized copying or use of any copyrighted materials or intellectual property without the express written consent of its owner is strictly prohibited.
15. CONSENT TO USE PERSONAL INFORMATION
Sponsor and its authorized agents will collect, use and disclose the personal information you provide when you enter the Contest for the purposes of administering the Contest and Prize fulfillment. By entering this Contest, you consent to being contacted by Sponsor and its authorized agents about this Contest and your entry. You will also be offered the opportunity to receive additional communications from Sponsor about its products, upcoming contests and promotions, or career opportunities. By accepting a Prize, winner agrees to Sponsor's use of his/her name, city/province of residence, picture, biographical information, statements, voice and likeness in any advertising and publicity Sponsor may conduct relating to the Contest in any media or format, whether now known or hereafter developed, including but not limited to the World Wide Web, at any time or times in perpetuity, without further compensation or notice.

Les décisions de l’organisateur du concours pour tout ce qui concerne le présent concours et l’attribution du prix sont définitives et exécutoires. L’organisateur du concours a le droit d'exiger à tout moment une preuve d'identité et / ou d'éligibilité pour participer au concours. Le fait de ne pas fournir une telle preuve peut entraîner la disqualification. 2. TIRAGES AU SORT
Le concours se déroulera au Canada du 2 janvier 2019 jusqu’au 27 décembre 2019 à 13 h (heure de l’Est). Le tirage aura lieu le 27 décembre 2019 à 16 h (heure de l’Est) au siège social de l’organisateur du concours situé à Burlington, Ontario. Toutes les participations doivent avoir été reçues par l’organisateur du concours au plus tard le 27 décembre 2019 à 13 h (heure de l’Est).
3. COMMENT PARTICIPER AU CONCOURS
Les participants peuvent s’inscrire au concours en remplissant le bulletin de participation en ligne.
4. RESTRICTIONS À LA PARTICIPATION
Chaque participation doit être soumise séparément par le participant lui-même. Limite d'une (1) participation par ménage. Une personne ne peut utiliser qu'un nom, une adresse postale et / ou une adresse électronique pour participer au concours. Toute personne déclarée avoir participé au concours plus d'une fois peut être disqualifiée et toutes les participations reçues de cette personne pendant la période du concours peuvent être disqualifiées et aucun prix ne sera attribué à cette personne ou à ce ménage. L’organisateur du concours ne sera pas responsable des bulletins de participation en retard, perdus, illisibles, falsifiés, endommagés, mal acheminés, mutilés ou incomplets, qui seront annulés. Tous les bulletins de participation deviennent la propriété de l’organisateur du concours à la réception et aucun ne sera retourné.
5. LES PRIX
Le prix suivant (un seul prix) sera décerné :
Un seul (1) voyage soit à Walt Disney World Resort en Floride ou à Disneyland Resort en Californie (selon la province de résidence du gagnant du concours et à être déterminé à la seule discrétion de l’organisateur du concours) pour une famille de 4 personnes (2 adultes et 2 enfants), d’une valeur de 5 000 $. Certaines conditions s’appliquent.
Si le gagnant habite dans la province de l’Ontario ou à l’Est de cette province, le voyage sera à Walt Disney World Resort en Floride. Si le gagnant habite dans la province de Manitoba ou à l’Ouest de cette province, le voyage sera à Disneyland Resort en Californie.
Des réservations sont nécessaires et le départ dépend des disponibilités. Le personnel de l’organisateur du concours fera toutes les réservations du voyage. Le prix est uniquement valide pour un voyage durant l’année 2020 et ne peut être échangé contre de l’argent comptant. Il peut y avoir des restrictions sur certaines dates de voyages et le voyage doit être complété avant le 31 décembre 2020.
Les prix doivent être acceptés tels qu’ils sont attribués, sans substitution. Ils ne peuvent être transférés ou revendus et ils n’ont aucune valeur de rachat. L’organisateur du concours se réserve le droit de substituer un prix par un élément de valeur monétaire égale ou supérieure, sans responsabilité et pour quelque motif que ce soit. L’organisateur du concours contactera le gagnant dans les dix (10) jours suivant la date du tirage du concours afin de prendre les dispositions nécessaires pour livrer son prix.
6. TIRAGE
Le tirage aura lieu au siège social de l’organisateur, situé au 3221 chemin North Service, Burlington ,Ontario L7N 3G2. L’organisateur du concours choisira une (1) participation au hasard parmi toutes les participations reçues, selon les règles de la période de concours pour décerner le prix indiqué.
Les chances de gagner un prix dépendent du nombre total de participations admissibles reçues.
7. MODALITÉS DE RÉCLAMATION DE PRIX
Chaque participant sélectionné sera contacté par téléphone et / ou par courriel au numéro de téléphone et / ou à l'adresse courriel indiqués sur son formulaire de participation au plus tard le 12 janvier 2020. Pour pouvoir gagner un prix, les participants sélectionnés doivent d’abord répondre correctement et sains aide de quelque nature que ce soit, mécanique ou autre, à une question d'habileté mathématique. L’organisateur du concours ne sera pas tenu responsable s’il ne parvient pas à aviser le participant de sa sélection ou si celui-ci ne donne pas suite à l’appel de notification de l’organisateur du concours, quelle qu’en soit la raison.
Avant d'être déclaré gagnant, chaque participant sélectionné doit remplir et retourner les documents d’acceptation du prix ainsi que le formulaire de décharge de responsabilité et de publicité (le «formulaire») de l’organisateur du concours tel que défini ci-dessous, formulaire qui dégage l’organisateur du concours, les sociétés affiliées et tous leurs administrateurs, dirigeants, propriétaires, partenaires, actionnaires, employés, agents, représentants, représentants de courtiers, directeurs d’agence, successeurs et ayants droit respectifs (les « renonciataires ») de toute responsabilité liée au présent concours ou à l'acceptation, la possession, l'utilisation ou la mauvaise utilisation de tout prix.
Le gagnant potentiel doit retourner ce formulaire à l’organisateur du concours situé au 3221 chemin North Service, à Burlington, en Ontario, par courrier, par courriel ou par télécopie dans les 14 jours ouvrables suivant la date à laquelle l’organisateur du concours a contacté le participant sélectionné. Si un participant sélectionné ne peut pas être contacté par courriel ou par téléphone, si un avis envoyé par courriel est retourné comme non livrable, si le numéro de téléphone est incorrect, s’il ne parvient pas à fournir dans les délais impartis une preuve d'éligibilité (si requise), les documents de décharge ou autres documents requis, s’il ne répond pas correctement à la question d'habileté mathématique ou ne se conforme pas à toute autre exigence du présent règlement officiel, le participant sélectionné sera disqualifié sans aucune responsabilité de la part de l’organisateur du concours (et le participant sélectionné disqualifié n’aura aucune réclamation contre l’organisateur du concours en ce qui concerne le concours lui-même ou tout ce qui est relatif au concours). Un autre participant sera choisi au hasard parmi les participations éligibles restantes (et pourra être disqualifié de la même manière) et la procédure ci-dessus sera répétée jusqu’à ce qu’un participant soit contacté.

9. CONDITIONS GÉNÉRALES DE PARTICIPATION
En participant au concours, les participants (i) reconnaissent avoir respecté les présents règlements officiels, y compris toutes les conditions d'admissibilité, et (ii) acceptent d'être lié par les présents règlements officiels et par les décisions de l’organisateur du concours, prises à sa seule discrétion, qui seront définitives et exécutoires pour tout ce qui concerne ce concours. Les participants qui ne se sont pas conformés aux présents règlements officiels sont passibles de disqualification. Le concours est assujetti à toutes les lois fédérales, provinciales et municipales applicables. Nul là où la loi l’interdit. Si une disposition des règlements officiels est jugée invalide ou inapplicable, les règlements officiels doivent être interprétés conformément à ses conditions, comme si la disposition invalide ou inapplicable n'y figurait pas. Si un gagnant fait une fausse déclaration dans l'un des documents référencés ci-dessus, il sera tenu de retourner promptement à l’organisateur du concours son prix ou sa valeur monétaire. L’organisateur du concours se réserve le droit, à sa seule discrétion, de disqualifier toute personne qui altère ou tente d'altérer le processus de participation, le fonctionnement du concours et / ou le site Web du concours, qui enfreint les règlements officiels du concours ou agit dans l'intention de gêner, d'abuser, de menacer ou d’harceler une autre personne. 10. RÈGLEMENTS RÉGISSANT
En cas de divergence ou d'incohérence entre les termes et conditions des présents règlements officiels et les déclarations, les règles abrégées ou toute autre déclaration contenue dans tout document relatif au concours, y compris, mais sans s'y limiter: le formulaire de participation au concours et / ou toute publicité dans un point de vente, à la télévision, imprimée ou en ligne; les conditions générales des présents règlements officiels prévaudront, régiront et auront préséance.
11. PROPRIÉTÉ INTELLECTUELLE
Tous les droits de propriété intellectuelle, y compris, mais sans s'y limiter, les marques de commerce, les noms commerciaux, les conceptions, le matériel promotionnel, les pages Web, le code source, les dessins, les illustrations, les logos, les slogans et les représentations sont la propriété de l’organisateur du concours et / ou de ses sociétés affiliées ou concédants de licence autorisés.
