1. Subject to the applicable legislation, these rules govern all aspects of the “A Chance to Win One Munchkin Breeze Ultra-Lite Stroller Wagon Contest (the “Contest”) and are binding upon all participants.
2. The Contest is organized by Children’s Education Funds Inc. (the “Contest Organizer”) and will run in Canada (except for Quebec) from April 9, 2026 until April 14, 2026 at 5:00 pm (EST) (the Contest Period”). The Draw will occur on April 16, 2026 at 12:00 pm (EST) at the head office of the Contest Organizer. All entries must have been received by the Contest Organizer not later than April 14, 2026 at 5:00 pm (EST).
3. The Contest is open to residents of all Canadian provinces and territories, except Quebec, who have reached the age of majority in their province or territory of residence, with the exception of employees, agents, dealing representatives and branch managers of the Contest Organizer, their affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies as well as their legal or common law spouse, the members of their immediate families (including brothers, sisters and any person who resides in the same household).
4. Participants may enter the Contest by completing the online entry form before the Contest closes on April 14, 2026 at 5pm EST. One entry into the Contest will be awarded when the form is filled out in full and submitted. No purchase is necessary.
5. Limit of one (1) entry per household: Only one entry will be accepted per residential address. Multiple entries from individuals residing at the same address will be disqualified. The Contest Organizer reserves the right to verify address information to enforce this rule.
6. Participants who enter the Contest and who provide their valid and correct Collector Account number at the time of entering the Contest, will be awarded 25 AIR MILES® Reward Miles.
To receive AIR MILES Reward Miles, you must be an AIR MILES® collector with an active collector account (“Collector Account”) at the time of entry. If you are not already an AIR MILES collector, you may enroll in the AIR MILES® Reward Program by visiting airmiles.ca and opening a Collector Account. By enrolling to become an AIR MILES collector, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of the AIR MILES® Reward Program as amended from time to time.
AIR MILES® Reward Miles will be credited to participants who enter the Contest and who provide their valid and correct Collector Account number at the time of entering the Contest approximately 60 days after the end of the Contest Period.
7. The following prize will be awarded:
One (1) Munchkin Breeze Ultra-Lite Stroller Wagon. Approximate retail value of $499.99 (CDN) plus taxes. The Munchkin Breeze Ultra-Lite Stroller Wagon colour and actual model provided is at the discretion of the Contest Organizer.
The chance of winning depends on the number of entries received during the Contest Period.
8. In order to be declared a contest winner, the participant whose entry is selected at random will be contacted by the Contest Organizer via telephone or email starting on or around April 16, 2026.The selected entrant will be contacted at least three times within five days. If the winner cannot be contacted at that time, another entrant will be randomly selected and the initial selected entrant will be disqualified and will have no recourse towards Children's Education Funds Inc.
To win, selected entrants must correctly answer, unaided, a time-limited, mathematical skill-testing question. They will also be required to sign a standard Declaration and Release Form, confirming compliance with the Contest Rules, acceptance of the Prize as awarded, and releasing Children's Education Funds Inc. from all liability relating to the Contest.
No substitution for, or transfer of the Prize, will be allowed. The selected entrant will have 5 days from the date of receipt to return a signed copy of the Declaration and Release Form to Children's Education Funds Inc. If the selected entrant does not do so within this period of time, another entrant will randomly be selected and the initial selected entrant will be disqualified and will have no recourse towards Children's Education Funds Inc. or anyone involved in the Contest.
9. The prize as described above must be accepted as awarded and may not be transferred to another person.
10. The participants selected to receive the prizes hold the Contest Organizer, its employees, dealing representatives, branch managers and agents harmless from all liability for any damages the participant may incur in relation to the acceptance or use of the contest prize and undertakes to sign a statement to that effect included in the Declaration and Liability Waiver Form.
11. All contest entries become the property of the Contest Organizer. Participants agree that information provided on the ballots can be used for the purpose of Contest administration and/or contact by phone or email by a dealing representative promoting the RESPs distributed by Children’s Education Funds Inc. Through their participation in the Contest, all participants acknowledge and consent to this contact with the Contest Organizer and its personnel for these purposes.
12. Any person who participates or tries to participate in this contest illegitimately will be automatically disqualified.
13. Through his or her participation in the Contest, the prize winners authorize the Contest Organizer or its representatives to announce and publicize the winners’ names and/or photos for publicity purposes in print and social media and without any form of compensation.
14. RIGHT TO MODIFY
The Sponsor reserves the right to terminate, suspend or modify this Contest or to amend these Official Rules, in whole or in part, at any time and in any way, without prior notice, for any reason whatsoever, without obligation, if in Sponsor's sole opinion, any factor interferes with its proper conduct as contemplated by these Official Rules. Without limiting the foregoing, if for any reason the Contest is not capable of running as originally planned, for any reason, including but not limited to, as a result of tampering or infection by computer virus, unauthorized intervention, fraud, programming errors, or technical failures, which, in the sole opinion of Sponsor, corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Contest, the Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate the Contest, or any portion thereof, and/or conduct a random draw from all eligible entries received, in accordance with the winner selection criteria discussed above.
15. All decisions by the Contest Organizer regarding this Contest are final.
